• Ajax Open Day Coinmerce Goal Campaign

    1. Organiser

    1.1 This promotion is organised by Coinmerce B.V., a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands ("Coinmerce").

    1.2 This promotion is an independent activation organised by Coinmerce during the Ajax Open Day on 3 August 2026. AFC Ajax is the host of the event only and is not responsible for the organisation or execution of this promotion unless expressly stated otherwise.

    2. Promotion Period

    2.1 The promotion takes place exclusively on 3 August 2026 during the Ajax Open Day and is valid only for the duration of the Coinmerce activation area.

    2.2 The promotion automatically ends once the activation closes.

    3. Eligibility

    3.1 Participation is open to visitors attending the Ajax Open Day on 3 August 2026.

    3.2 Participants must complete the official Coinmerce registration form before participating.

    3.3 Each participant may participate only once during the promotion.

    3.4 Employees of Coinmerce, affiliated companies, and persons directly involved in organising this promotion are excluded from participation.

    4. Participation

    4.1 After successfully completing the registration form, participants may attempt to kick a football into the smallest goal opening marked with the "3₿" branding.

    4.2 A successful attempt is determined solely by Coinmerce staff supervising the activation.

    4.3 No purchase is necessary to participate.

    5. Prizes

    5.1 The following prizes are available:

    a) Fifty (50) €50 Coinmerce promotional codes for winners aged 18 years or older.

    b) Eight (8) signed footballs for winners under the age of 18.

    5.2 Proof of age may be requested before a prize is awarded.

    5.3 Winners will be determined as follows:


    a) If there are more than fifty (50) successful attempts by participants aged 18 years or older, the fifty (50) winners will be selected by means of a random draw from all eligible successful attempts.

    b) If there are more than eight (8) successful attempts by participants under the age of 18, the eight (8) winners will be selected by means of a random draw from all eligible successful attempts.

    5.4 The random draw will be conducted by Coinmerce, and its decision regarding the selection of winners shall be final.

    5.5 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or 


    5.6 Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted by Coinmerce by email on Tuesday, 4 August 2026, using the email address provided in the registration form.


    5.7 Prize Distribution: Prize distribution shall take place as follows:

    a) Winners aged 18 years or older will receive €50 credited in Bitcoin to their Coinmerce account. The Bitcoin will be credited fourteen (14) days after the winner notification email, provided the winner has successfully created a Coinmerce account and completed all required identity verification (KYC) and compliance checks within that fourteen (14)-day period. Winners who have not completed these requirements within the fourteen (14)-day period will forfeit their prize.

    b) Winners under the age of 18 will be contacted by marketing@coinmerce.io using the email address provided in the registration form to request a delivery address for the signed football. Winners (or, where applicable, their parent or legal guardian) must respond with a valid delivery address within fourteen (14) days of the email. Following the expiry of this fourteen (14)-day period, Coinmerce will arrange shipment of the signed footballs to winners who have provided a valid delivery address. Winners who fail to respond within the fourteen (14)-day period will forfeit their prize.

    c) Coinmerce reserves the right to withhold or cancel a prize if a winner fails to comply with the applicable requirements set out above within the specified time period.

    6. Fraud and Abuse

    6.1 Coinmerce reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

    a) provides false or misleading information;

    b) attempts to participate more than once;

    c) behaves fraudulently, unsportingly, or disruptively; or

    d) otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.

    6.2 Decisions made by Coinmerce regarding participation, successful attempts, winner selection, and prize allocation are final.

    7. Data Protection

    7.1 Personal data collected through the registration form will be processed by Coinmerce in accordance with applicable GDPR legislation and Coinmerce's Privacy Policy.

    7.2 Personal data will be used solely for administering this promotion, contacting winners where necessary, and for any purposes to which the participant has separately consented.

    8. Liability

    8.1 Participation is entirely at the participant's own risk.

    8.2 Coinmerce shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this activation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under Dutch law.

    8.3 Coinmerce reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

    9. Governing Law

    9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands.

    9.2 Any disputes arising from or relating to this promotion shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

    9.3 Any complaints relating to this promotion should be submitted in writing to support@coinmerce.io within fourteen (14) days after the promotion has ended.
